Q: How to ship the sample?

A: We can delivery the small quantity samples by DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, EMS, SF

A: Because we want to ship products the best possible way, we use many different services to ensure cost efficiency, and reliability for our customers.

Q: Do you test all your goods before delivery?

Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.

Q: How soon do you ship?

A: Unless otherwise stated, all caster wheel products are normally in stock. Products that are in stock are usually shipped within 2 weeks.

Q: Time of delivery:

A: After we received the 30% down payment, delivery within 30 working days.

Q: What is your terms of packing?

A: Generally, we pack our goods in brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q: How long will it take my product to ship?

A: Most products are shipped 3-5 business days from the day the order is first placed. We offer a variety of specialty or made to order casters which sometimes may take longer, and in that case we will let you know when the products scheduled ship date will be.

Q: How about the products packing?

A: Flexible packing according to the specific requirements of the clients.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q: What if the product gets lost or damaged in transit?

A: Notify us within 5 days of receiving the product, we will do our best to help.

A: T/T with 30% payment in advance, balance should be pay before delivery.

A: We can support all the payment methods supported by Ali international , such as T/T,L/C,D/P and so on.

A: Normally FOB(free on board), CIF(cost insurance and freight), EXW.

A: No. Prices for shipping will be added on.

A:The material is nylon,tpe, aluminum alloy,rubber and so on.

We can also choose material as customers' requirement

Q: How do I order customized enclosure panels?

A: The best way is you give us engineering drawings and equipment list, we will arrange engineers to serve you, if there is no drawings, we will also provide solutions for you.

Q: Do you offer 2D files or 3D CAD Models?

A: Yes, Most items have CAD drawings for immediate download off our website. If you are in need of a drawing you don't see online, please contact us.

Q: Can you produce according to the samples?

A: Yes, we can produce the samples.

Q: Can you produce the goods as customer design?

A: Welcome to send us the design or sample, we will calculated the cost and unit price for you as soon as possible.

Q: Can I do OEM?

A: Yes. However, you will need to provide proof of trademark ownership and a certificate of commitment.

A: After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. We will provide you sample for free , as long as you afford the express freight.

A: Normally we take the order no matter it's big or small. If your qty is less than 5pcs per SKU, we will arrange it in our sample room specially.

A: Yes, we do both OEM and ODM, so you can make your own logo on the bags.

A: As we have seen, support arm system series is highly customizable.

Q: Do you have quality inspection for products?

A: Yes, in order to keep products' quality for you, we have the strictest standard for products quality inspection, 3 times full quality check before we pack the products. Before we send the parcels, we also have random inspection.
