What Is A Flatbed Trolley?

A moving vehicle that is manually pushed or pulled. It is the ancestor of all vehicles. Although material handling skills are occasionally developed, hand carts are still used today as indispensable means of moving things. The widespread use of trolley in production and life is due to its low cost, simple maintenance, convenient operation, and light weight. It can handle local tasks that are not convenient for flexible vehicles, and is very convenient for transporting lighter items at short intervals.

trolleys can be divided into single wheel, two wheel, three wheel, and four wheel. A unicycle can travel on narrow gangways, temporary bridges, and winding paths, turning in place, and dumping goods is very convenient. Commonly used two wheeled vehicles include hand propelled carts (also known as Shanjun carts) for handling individual items, rack trucks, and bucket trucks for handling bulk materials. There is one in the three wheeled trolley and two reverse casters in the four wheeled trolley that can rotate around the vertical axis. This type of reverse caster can actively adjust to the minimum running resistance deviation according to the changes in vehicle movement deviation during operation.

The design of the trolley series is mainly lightweight and easy to carry. Due to its convenient use, it is widely used for short distance transportation in warehouses, manufacturing factories, department stores, logistics centers, freight stations, or distribution routes. However, this series of trolley is not load-bearing (generally limited to 500 kg or less) and most of them do not have lifting capacity, which is very different from lifting and transporting vehicles with high stacking height.
